Our customer support hours are: Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm Central Time
Our professional team of friendly support staff team members is available to help you from
8am until 6 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, except on the following U.S. holidays:

from 9am until 6pm Central Time. (Please note that there is an additional charge for Saturday and Sunday support calls. This service provides emergency assistance if your Point-of-Sale is not functional.)
